Q1: What’s the difference between TPU bumper ball and PVC bumper ball?
A: We suggest to use cold-resistant TPU. PVC will turn hard and crack in low-temperature snow environment, while TPU keeps soft and elastic on snow; TPU also has better wear resistance, air tightness and no strange plastic odor, more durable for commercial rental.
Q2: Which size should I choose for commercial rental?
A: Ø150cm is the standard adult size, fits most adults and is the best-selling option for rental shops. Ø120cm fits teenagers and small-sized people, suitable for kid activity projects. Custom sizes can be made for special needs.

Q3: Can this bumper ball be used on snow directly?
A: Yes. Adopting winter cold-resistant TPU raw material, it will not become brittle or crack under low temperature, specially designed for both grass and snow scenes.

Q4: How long does it take to inflate one ball?
A: With matched electric air pump, it only takes 2–3 minutes to fully inflate one ball. Do not over-inflate, fill to 80%-90% tightness for safer collision use.

Q5: How to repair if there is air leakage?
A: We provide free TPU repair glue and patch kit as optional accessories. Clean the leaking area, paste the patch and press tightly for 10 minutes, it can be reused normally.

Q6: What’s the packing way for delivery?
A: Each ball is packed in a separate carry bag, 2 pieces packed into one export carton, carton size 854525cm, 19.8kg gross weight per carton, convenient for sea & air transportation.

Q7: Can I print my brand LOGO on the ball surface?
A: Yes, custom LOGO, patterns and text printing are supported. You can send us your design file, we will arrange printing before production.

Q8: How to maintain the bumper ball to extend service life?
Avoid sharp stones, branches and metal objects during play;
Wipe dry snow water or dirt after use before storage;
Store in cool dry place, avoid long-term direct sunlight;
Do not over-inflate when using.

Q9: What’s the MOQ for customized size or printed LOGO?
A: For standard sizes 120cm /150cm, small trial orders are acceptable. For custom sizes or customized printing, MOQ is 10 pcs, we can negotiate for small batch orders.

Q10: How many pieces can be loaded in one carton?
A: Fixed 2 pieces per carton, carton dimension 85*45*25CM, gross weight 19.8kg per carton; 4 cartons contain total 8 pieces with total gross weight 80kg.
