A: No. When the fan is turned off, the air inside does not disappear instantly. It will deflate slowly, giving you plenty of time to remove the costume safely.

A: The costume uses a high-speed quiet turbine fan. The operating noise is lower than typical ambient sound levels. In a mall, outdoors, or at an event, you'll hardly notice it, and it won't interfere with interacting with customers or performing.
Q3: How long does the battery last? What if it runs out? +
A: A full charge provides 60–90 minutes of continuous use (depending on fan speed). The battery has a Type-C port and supports use while charging—simply connect a power bank to extend runtime. You can also prepare a spare battery for quick replacement.

A: We recommend wiping the plush surface with a damp cloth and letting it air dry. Do not machine wash or soak the costume, as this may damage the internal electronic components and fan.

A: Not at all. The built-in fan actively circulates fresh air throughout the costume, creating continuous airflow that carries away body heat. It's much cooler than traditional mascot suits.

A: In light breezes, the costume will sway naturally, making it look even more lively. For stronger winds, we recommend using the waist strap or adding a little weight. If wind conditions are extreme, prolonged outdoor use is not advised.

A: It's very simple. Just turn on the fan, and the costume inflates fully in about 10 seconds. To deflate, turn off the fan and open the vent. It folds down to the size of a backpack for easy storage and transport.
